Hello, I am very new to vendio and am unsure of how to list shipping in my auctions?
I know (atleast I think I do) that I can just list a "flat rate", But when I want to give the weight for buyer to calculate shipping, where do they calculate the shipping? Is it during checkout? Or am I not completing the listing incorrectly? Sorry if this has been asked before. I'm sure I am making this harder than it needs to be. I've just had one buyer say they couldn't "add the shipping" until they finally just went straight through paypal.
Thanks in advance,
Toni

Hi Toni,
If you have calculated shipping selected as a shipping option, when the customer goes through your Vendio checkout, the shipping is calculated based on the address they enter and your zip code (which you store in Global Preferences).
At this time, we do not offer support for the eBay shipping calculator in listings. We are looking into implementing this or an alternative to this in the near future, however. In the meantime, there are shipping rate calculators available online that can be inserted into your listings by copy/pasting some HTML into your default text or item description. You may be able to find one of these in a Google search.
