While I did not ask nor do I really need the image upgrades, I do appreciate the image storage, of which I am one of the "hogs".
This is my question. I have over 10,000 images.
If my end of month statement is $43.99, then I get charged an additional $45 for the images. But if my statement is $45, then I get charged nothing additional for my images, is that correct?

In the new pricing, we wanted to minimize the effect on existing users by rewarding them for fees they already pay.
That's why we will be applying a credit to Image Hosting fees by adding up all your Sales Manager, Tickets Manager and Vendio Stores fees. Therefore, if your Image Hosting fee exceeds all your Sales Manager/Tickets/Stores fees, we will charge you the difference (along with your other fees).
Another way to think of Image Hosting is as a monthly minimum. We'll charge the higher of your Sales Manager/Tickets/Stores fees OR your Image Hosting fee. Any other charges would still apply.
Whichever way makes more sense to you, the results are the same. In the example you gave, you would be charged an additional $1.01 that month ($45 - $43.99 = $1.01) for Image Hosting. I should point out, though, that there is no $45 Image Hosting plan.

Well, THIS is just jim-dandy!
A few days ago I asked "how to NOT have the eBay auctions within my Vendio store"? And, was told I'd have to open a new store under a different user name. Ok, I did this and closed my existing store. So, I now have to have the images on both user names. One for eBay auctions and one for stores. AND, I'm going to get charged for BOTH user names!

From what you've said, there may be no reason to panic There should be no difference between having one account versus two unless you store an unusually high number in one and not the other.
In your Sales Manager account, you would be credited for Sales Manager fees. In your Vendio Stores, you would be credited for Stores fees. So you will receive some level of free Image Hosting in each account.
We currently will not apply credits in one account to another. As mentioned, this should not be an issue unless you have alot of images in one account versus the other.

I consider myself to be a fairly intelligent person, but these new image hosting prices are way too confusing. So looking at my account, I already pay you guys over $100 a month - approx. how much more will I be paying based on my current history??

Hello toyspast,
Any user who pays over $49.95 in Sales Manager (including Tickets Manager) or Vendio Stores fees will automatically get virtually unlimited Image Hosting up to 10GB. The reason is because those fees you already pay act as credit toward Image Hosting. Since the highest Image Hosting charge is $49.95 for 10GB, that means anyone paying $49.95 (in those specific fees) or more will have virtually unlimited Image Hosting. Does that make it easier to understand?
Also read the FAQ. It's got a great example and other answers too.
