Let me get this straight,
The new improved image system is not working for me, and vendio tells me that they had to make a design trade-off!
And for this I will have to pay a monthly fee!!!
And tonight images are not showing up in my auctions...what a company!
I think it's time for a change.
I noticed that you only compare your prices to ebay and Andale, but you may have missed a couple of other companies..inkfrog and sparedollar....
How about comparing your prices to them.
I have been loyal to vendio since 1998, I stuck with you when you decided to take a FVF, but this price increase has just broken the bank!

Hi Rubys100,
I just reviewed your account. You will certainly experience no change in your fees each month at your historic Sales Manager usage levels. In fact, you could store approximately 4 times as many images as you currently have without any price increase. I apologize if our announcement was unclear in this regard. We have added some examples to the FAQ linked from the announcement (third topic).

Yes, we did have this design trade-off for the image selection mechanism when creating listings as described in my earlier posting, but we are also still reviewing several ways to improve the interface. Can you describe your issues with using Search instead of Quick Find? The feedback would help us narrow the options we are currently discussing. Thank you, and again, we apologize if there was any implication you would experience a pricing increase.
