Hello all.

I have several auctions in my Post Sale | Awaiting Payment area that are not being processed. I have tried to update the UPI on these 6 times ... and nothing happens.

Auctions in question:
3830718803
3830687592
3830726955
3382556271
3832688325
3831981939
3833141108
4028910472

They are all currently in the following status: Unpaid Item Dispute - Error.

"The Update Dispute failed to be submitted at the auction site.

The explanation given for the error was:
The action is not currently applicable for this dispute. Please check your action id and try again.

Please try resending the Update Dispute for this listing. "

Is there something wrong with the Vendio - eBay API? I'm not sure what to do about getting my FVF credits for these auctions. Does anyone else out there have a similar problem?

Should I just go and use the eBay tools and manually do each one to get the FVF credits?

Hi Ty,

There is a link on that page that will take you to eBay so you can find out the status of the UPIs you filed. Please click that link -- it should tell you why they rejected the UPI. You might need to finish them up on ebay but please let us know what it says in your eBay account when you check.

Regards,

Sonya

I looked up the policy on FVF on eBay: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/credits.html

I also noticed that all the eBay auctions in question are with eBay users that are now in the "Not a registered user" status.

3830718803
3830687592
3830726955
3382556271
3832688325
3831981939
3833141108
4028910472

I *should* be able to get the FVF credit for these "Not a registered user" eBayers, but I guess it does not work that way.

I have emailed eBay on this too. Any ideas? Have you ever heard of this before?

Hello,

There is a link toward the top called 'check the current status' -- it should take you to eBay, where you can find out why they rejected the UPI.

There's an option for 'not a registered user' in the UPI process. What options did you select for the UPI? What were you trying to update the UPI with? You should be able to get the credit for it. If you didn't start the UPI with the 'not a registered user' option you might have to go directly through eBay.

Regards,

Sonya
