When I start to create a new listing I'm used to using the HTML Editor to change the colors, type size, etc. Yesterday, after I opened it & typed my description, I noticed there was NO "OK" button to hit!

Where did it go???

I've checked my version & am running the latest but re-downloaded just in case but this still didn't help.

Hello,

Please try uninstalling/reinstalling Pro and then doing your description again. If you continue to have trouble with the editor please let us know.

Regards,

Hello Sonya,

Thanks for the response but your suggestion did not work. I have disabled my firewall & reinstalled Pro twice. Even re-booted & still no luck.

Let me know where I need to go from here & Thanks again for your help.

Its still not working & I'm having to type everything in the HTML Editor & then copy to over into the description. If there are any changes to be made its taking forever to copy & paste corrections!

Hello,

Can you see the bottom of this window at all? Perhaps you just need to grab it by the top of the frame and drag it to a location on your screen where you can fully view the bottom half.

Can you see the cancel button at the bottom of this window?
Can you click the button in the upper right hand side of this window to either minimize or maximize the HTML editor window?

Regards,
Christopher

Hi Christopher,

Your an angel!!! I could not see the bottom of this window at all - nothing. I tried dragging it & maximizing both but neither worked. Then after your response, since I Could See the top part, I got to thinking that maybe my display settings were messed up somehow.

Low and behold, when I adjusted them the "OK" and "CANCEL" buttons appeared!

THANK YOU ~ THANK YOU ~ THANK YOU!!!

I was getting really tired of copying and pasteing & was a real pain when I needed to go back & redo something.

Again, bless you!

Regards,
Shirley
