I recently changed my internet provider and my email address. I changed the email address in Paypal and deleted the old one. I changed the email address in eBay, too. My Paypal payments got directed to the old email address, which, of course, is dead, so I had to ask buyers to cancel that payment and resubmit it to my new email or Paypay ID. Then, I changed it in Vendio Global Preferences (after I remembered about THAT) and the payments are STILL going to the old dead email address. I am beside myself--where else does it need to be changed? The old, dead email address is [email protected]. The new, improved one is [email protected]. You've undoubtably covered this a zillion times, but can you do it once more? Thanks, Rondi

You need to go change it in each active auction and store item. Revise and go to the shipping and payment section. (Been there, done that and still missed a few!)

Hi there,
Ok, it is actually still in your WBN as well. Please go to "My Account > Post Sale Management" and edit the WBN to show the correct address. That should correct this issue.
