With all due respect I am amazed that you folks would launch the new image storage program without working out the "bugs" that exisit for McAfee and Norton privacy users. Currently McAfee and Norton (probably 90% of us) have to use your workaround and disable our privacy service in order to transfer images from folders to our listings. You are asking us to temporarily disable a service that we 1.) pay dearly for 2.) have to now endure irritating pop-up ads and to top it off, effective 9-30 you will be charging us more for this service which still has glitches in it. Ouch!

Hello,
We do hope to find a workaround for the McAfee users, however, I was not aware of a specific issue with Norton. What tool in the Norton suite are you specifically needing to disable prior to transferring images to your listings?
Also, Vendio does not use any popup ads on the site. If you run into any popups while on Vendio, they are being triggered from elsewhere, most likely your local drive. If this is the case, you will want to run a sweep to remove this type of spyware from your machine. A popular option for this is a program called Ad Aware. You should be able to google it and find a free copy from the Publisher.

Hi rosarugosas,
Which is a bug? The fact that a Vendio page doesn't work with McAfee, or that McAfee identifies one of our pages as an ad when it's not ?
In any case, we will be releasing a permanent solution for this issue that will allow you to turn McAfee on in full without affecting the Create Listing page. Please watch for the announcement later this week.
