I need to get a refund of my fees from Vendio but can't find on the site map how to do that.
so how do I do that and how can I in the future know where to go without asking this question?

Hello,
You may request a refund for each line item by taking the following steps:
1. Go to My Account -> Online Statement. Locate the line item for the charge, and highlight and copy the Ref ID number.
2. Open a separate browser window. Paste the below URL into the browser's address bar. Note that this URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement, and scrolling to the "Does Vendio provide refunds?" section.
Paste the Ref ID from your statement into the form, and proceed to submit your refund request. We will be handling refunds on a case-by-case basis, so please be as clear and concise in detailing the problem as possible.
