I am trying to apply for a final value fee on one of my items, but it keeps telling me "ERROR" but not what the error is. I applied for the UPI longer than the time allowed, and the customer has not responded, so according to what I am reading, I should be eligible for the FVF. What am I doing wrong or is there a problem with the function at this time?

Hello,
You must wait 7 days after starting a dispute to request final value fee credit. If you request a credit before 7 days has passed, you will receive an error.
If this does not apply to you, please let us know.
