Hi,
I finally, (I hope) got my error message solved, but now I can't get the calendar to come up to set the time and date for launch. Have tried to get it going on my pending listings and for new listings. It does not bring up the calendar or time now but it did 20 minutes ago. ??

Do you have a pop up blocker installed? Please allow it access to Vendio as the calendar is a pop up. If you keep having trouble you can always enter in the values on the available fields.

Hi Sonya,
Pop up blocker is set to allow pop ups on Vendio. Still no calendar or clock. I can't understand why I am experiencing all of these problems with getting my items listed in the last week when all went smoothly for months and months. I really need the calendar and clock....all it will let me do at the moment is launch "now". I need to get my things launched in a timely and co-ordinated manner. Help please.

How long does it take for the calendar to come up -- do you have any page errors when you try to click the icon? We recommend you try typing in the date and time in the meantime, until you are able to get the calendar up.

The calendar does not come up at all. I can not enter the date or time manually, either. I am not getting an "error" message. Now my invoices willnot print out. The program willnot take me to the "invoice print" page. ???

The invoice also comes up in a pop up -- would you mind trying to disable your pop up blocker, then trying to load the calendar and the invoice? It sounds like it might be related to your pop up blocker so it's good to try to disable it and load, so in case that isn't it, we can rule it out and try other solutions.

I have disabled my pop-ups but I still can not get the calendar/time or invoice printing function to work. Any more suggestions??

Not sure if you have tried this yet since I didn't see it suggested -- please clear your browser cache, quit all programs and run just your browser, then try to access calendar and invoice again. If you have an alternate browser on your computer, please try it and see if you are able to get them to pop up there so we can narrow this problem down.

Hello again Sonya,
I will try emptying my browser as soon as I can figure out how to do it. Will have to try tomorrow. Am so tired of hitting my head against a brick wall with these problems after having no problems for many months. I need some sleep and a clear head to deal with this further.
