Hi Stacyp,

The error you are receiving is the result of a change that was made to eBay categories and item specifics. To resolve this, please try the following:

1. First, edit the pending listing and reselect the category from the create listing form (click the "edit category" button just under the template section.) From the category page, reselect the category and click "continue". This may eliminate the error as it will resave the category with the current item specifics information.

2. If the above does not work, try copying the pending listing as you may be able to launch the copy (we would recommend testing this on one item first.)

3. Since certain attributes fields have been eliminated, you may need to recreate the item from scratch (the easiest way to do this is open two browser windows and copy/paste the information from the original to the new listing.)

4. If none of the above solutions works, you can relist or create the item(s) directly from the eBay website, then track them into Sales Manager by using the 'Track Other Listings' link on the top of the Sales Manager tab. Please note that if you are on the Pay as you Go plan this will result in image hosting fees being applied to your Vendio account (the image hosting fees will be in lieu of a listing / final value fee.) Also, this will affect your inventory count if these were originally launched from Vendio inventory. You should check your inventory quantities and manually update your inventory totals if these items sell the second time around.

Regards,

Sonya
