Hi,
I have the annual listing plan which I paid 200 for back in march of this year.Am i not supposed to be receiving a credit of 1/12 against my Image plan.I also normally list about 260 auctions a month,at 6cents an auction my bill for the month is always about $16.The way I figure it I should be getting a credit of 1/12 of $200 plus the $16 for the monthly fee.I figure it comes out to 16.66 +16 for a total of $32.66.I have 335MB of pictures which puts me in the 34.99 monthly image plan.My question, is am I not supposed to be paying the difference of about 2-$3 plus the $16 in monthly fees foo about a 19-20 dollar bill.My bill right now is $44 and I can not figiure out how it got so high if I am supposed to be getting all the credits due.Would you please explaing this to me.I have read all the information and it just seems like my $32 credit is not coming thru
