Hi Vendio Blues

Please let me know how to put more than one shipping option and amount into eBay Shipping and Payment Details, U.S. Shipping & Handling: in my auctions.

The shipping cost shows up on eBay as "Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service (within United States)" and I have to edit each auction after it's on eBay to change the shipping to whatever I'm going to use, First Class, for example.

Sometimes I offer more than one shipping choice and I have to add that in.

What I want to do is specify the cost and shipping method as shown under Checkout and Post-Sale Management, which I don't use.

Thanks,

Lucy

Hello,

I think this can be changed in My eBay but you can also use the Payment Instructions box to put more information in.

I need to check into this a little further, sorry for the delay.

Regards,

Sonya

Hola Sonya and thanks for the reply!

Where is the Payment Instructions box?

I do know how to change the stuff once the auction is on eBay but I'd like to be able to do it when I create the listing in Vendio. Would save having to go in and edit every single stooopid auction.

Thanks much,

Lucy

Edited because the sun's over the yardarm.

Hi Sonya,

Oh, you mean the box that appears at the bottom of the auction. Yes, I know where it is.

But that doesn't put shipping options into the Shipping Cost area at the top of the eBay auction and in the Shipping, payment details and return policy section which is down at the bottom.

I have to edit each auction so the shipping options will come up when the buyer goes to PayPal.

Please help. Maybe there's a work-around.

Because of the problems I've read about Vendio check-out, I don't want to use it.

Lucy

Hi Lucy,

Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately you can only change what it says if you list directly from eBay, or if you edit after you list your item from here. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya,

Thanks for the help.

Any chance of Vendio making this possible in the future?

Hello,

I will log a suggestion on your behalf regarding this feature. Unfortunately I do not know if or when this might be implemented.
