Well, being I can't get an answer in the inventory forum - I will ask here - and maybe a member can answer me.
When I do a preview, my image is full size. But when I launch the auction the picture shows on ebay as smaller and has the click to enlarge wording below it.
I want my image full size. How do I prevent the downsizing of my images?

Hi Corksmom, You might check to make sure that the "automatically scale down images" option is not checked under your account in sellers preferences. That could cause the click to enlarge option to appear and would make the images smaller.

I can't even find a seller's preferences to see if that is checked - where is it at? If it is checked - it is something that was automatically done when I switched over.

You can find it by going to "My Account" then to "Global Preferences" It is toward the bottom under "Item Listing Options". I hope that helps.
