Hi,
I just looked at my new postings and the small pictures that are supposed to be at the top of my page....right next to the time left and the number of bidders and bids...is not showing up. I have not changed any of my site preferences...I did check my image hosting preferences and the correct box is checked off for the pictures to be there. Has been working fine for months and months.....??

Hi Carole,
The listings I checked all had your photo preview image showing. If you are still having trouble seeing them, please try clearing your cache and refreshing the page. If this does not help, let me know what you see there -- if it is a different image, a broken image, etc.

Hi Sonya,
Please check item #4936938636.....The top photo is not showing.....the only ones showing are the gallery, the one below the title and above the description, and the one at the very bottom of the page. I am missing the one to the left of the starting bid...time left....start time....history, etc. Pictures that are there are excellent quality....just missing the one.

Hi,
Still can't see the "photo preveiw" on my listings....not only mine....but anybody else I look at. Even when I bring up an item that ended 2 months ago it is missing. Cleaned cache....rebooted....still nothing. All I get is the arrow pointing down and the message "go to larger picture". ?? have not changed any settings on Vendio...e-bAY..
or my computer..???

Does it appear to be blank? Perhaps it is not finished loading. The photo preview for you is the first image in your listing so it should load -- it's resized though, since those images are resized to fit the area for photo preview images. Your originals are rather large in actual size and in file size so it might not be fully loaded.

Hi again Sonya,
The space where the preview photo should be is blank, but the page is fully loaded. Even when I bring up someone else's page on e-bay there is not preview photo. When I bring up auctions that I have had running with preview photos they are not showing. I have had preview photos in EVERY ONE of my listings.....not only on some of them. There are some grinches in here and they are driving me nuts!! Nothing has been changed as far as preferences are concerned. My photo files run from 55kb to a little over 150kb. That is not too large, is it?? Have been that size all along. I have no trouble loading my photos to Vendio...just seeing them in my listings.

Hi Carole,
The size is fine, but since your images are very big and the file size ranges up to 150kb, when it resizes in that window it could take longer than normal. Each time I tested this it worked fine, perhaps you can try viewing your listings on another browser (or even another computer) to see if you are able to get them to load. Since the area you see is blank, it means its simply not loaded.

Hi again. This is exactly the same problem that I am having, as I said elsewhere. I asked what cache I am supposed to clear but got no answer. I have cleared all of my temporary Internet files and cookies, but that does no good. Most eBay ads that I look at -- and ALL of mine -- have no picture in the upper left corner. HELLLPPPP! Marshall
PS: As I said, too, my other computer here does show the pictures, so it is obviously something wrong in settings on this machine. Please anybody, what might it be?

If our preview photos were showing up the way they were supposed to in the past and we have not changed any settings on our computers, then all I can assume is that it is a problem with Vendio. It really has me thinking of backing out of Vendio and trying another "service". It is just too frustrating, especially when we are paying for this. (wringing hands.....tearing out hair....sounding like a sailor)
I have cleaned out the cache as I do every time I start my computer....have checked my preferences.....no changes....like with my inability to get my pop-ups to work....for printing invoices and scheduling launchings...sometimes it works....sometimes it doesn't. I never had this problem till they changed over to the new "changes" in Vendio.
