After I create a listing using "Create Listing" and try to schedule the launch by pressing the Schedule Launch button on the bottom of the page the listing automatically launches. This button action should be looked at or name changed. I scared to click on the launch button I don't know what will happen.
Did you have a date and time entered in for the schedule fields? As long as those fields are filled out and you hit schedule, it should go into pending until the time comes for it to launch.

By default the last time entered is carried forward to the new listing. reset the default to None or give user an option box current time or select time.
I know there is a learning curve on all this, but ease of use should be considered.
