I have been notified by several people in the last 2 days that they have been notified that they are the winning bidder. Some of these auctions were over weeks ago, payment has been made, item shipped and feedback posted. All I can do is apologize to them, but what is going on? Could it be something I did? Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

Hi there,
Thanks for your email. It could've been something you've done. If you fill out all of the post sale keys in Vendio (1-9) it would cause the winning bidder email to be sent again. Checking number one and sending the winning bidder can be done over and over if you check those keys in the Vendio post sale area.
