Hi....How would I go about introducing different shipping charges to different parts of the world into my vendio checkout? I currently offer shipping to the US and Canada stating in my item's description Canada will be slightly more but I have no idea on how to incorperate it into my vendio check-out or WBN....... thanks
You may set up the defaults in My Account > Global Preferences for multiple shipping options. If you are not offering a flat rate, or offering a calculated rate, you will have to obtain shipping information from your buyer prior to sending out your WBNs so that they get the right amount. Unfortunately you cannot set a WBN to go out without specifying a flat rate or a calculated rate for shipping.
If you need more assistance with this, please let us know.

thanks for your reply Sonja, but I'm still a little confused. How would the vendio checkout know my purchaser was from Canada. If shipping is $8.00 from the US and $10.00 from Canada, how would the vendio generated invoice reflect that to a customer from Canada?
You would first need to select both shipping options to offer, when creating your listing (or prior to sending your WBN -- you can edit shipping options before doing that). When the buyer gets the WBN, they will see the shipping options that you chose, selected. They can then pick the one that best fits them as their shipping option.
