I was pre-charged $2.95 last month for image hosting before I learned I had to turned it off, which I did.

All pictures were removed from my account (including the recycle bin) at the end of September.

I thought I would receive a credit if I didn't use the service for which I was pre-charged.

Well I haven't listed any auctions (through Vendio) to use up a credit and my account doesn't show a credit pending.

Just how is this supposed to work?

Hello greatlakes,

You will only receive a credit if you use Sales Manager or have a Store - the credit for image hosting is for Sales Manager or Stores users. If you are not using these services, you will not see a credit for them on your account.
