How do I change my mailstep address. I changed by email address but my mailstep address is still using the old email name how do I correct that?

Hello,
It should redirect to the email address you have on file and not your old one. The mailstep address is [email protected] so if you wanted to change the name part of it you would have to change your Vendio ID, which comes with an administrative fee of $25 since the process is manual.
Is there a particular reason you are still using Mailstep? The integration with the PayPal IPN basically takes away the need for mailstep.

All I know is that when I send a WBN it shows as coming from [email protected]. which is my old email address. I do not want that as my email address showing to buyers. How can I eliminate it. If I do not need to use this mailstep how do I delete it? Thanks for the help.

Hello,
I checked your preferences and in the Post Sale Acceleration section, you had the option checked off to send WBNs with your Mailstep ID as the sender email. I unchecked that for you so now, your WBNs will go out with your primary email address on file as the sender address. This is all you have to do, regarding mailstep.
