Vendio I am getting blurred images from your image hosting. Something going on? Other photos are okay, it is just those coming from the Vendio site that have blur spots all over them. I sell art work so the image needs to be clear.

Hi Greengate,

Is there a specific item you are looking at? The ones I checked had images that look great -- no blurry spots at all.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya,
All of my images look blurry on Ebay and in the Vendio inventory and Store. I haven't changed anything except Microsoft downloaded Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. Any suggestions? If they look okay on your computer it must be something wrong on my monitor or settings.

This may help some other people with a few problems related to the Windows XP service pack 2.

Microsoft will no longer service Internet Explorer. When the service pack 2 is downloaded my images went blurry. Service Pack 2 can not be deleted all that can be done is to go back to a previous setup prior to the download date in the administration page.

Service pack 2 won't allow you a direct connection to the Internet via IE so a simple fix is to down load the new browser called FireFox. It solved my connection problems and also the blurred photo problems.

I understand it is faster than Internet Explorer, but I don't see it. May some adjustments and deletion of IE from my files will help.

Hope this helps for others who find they are having problems with the new service pack.

Hello,

May some adjustments and deletion of IE from my files will help.

Just an FYI, be very careful with Internet Explorer. Windows does not always work properly when you try and remove it from your system (and will usually stop you from doing so.)

Its best to leave it in Windows, even if you don't plan to use it.

Best,
Christopher

PS - Firefox rules!
