Here is an e-mail I received from one of my customers trying to use Vendio's form.
Any idea why he is having problems?
"I tried the Vendio Checkout form, but there seems to be a problem in the
"Payment Method" field. I selected "PayPal" but I got an error message in
the next screen that said "ERROR: Please select a payment method." Tried it
several times and the result was still the same. In fact, the same error
message also appeared when I chose other payment methods. Please advise
what I should do.

p/s : By the way, the "Click here if same as billing address" field in the
Shipping section of the form also didn't work. I had to key in my address
again in the Shipping section, although it is the same as my billing
address.

Hello,
We have not been experiencing any other problems with the Vendio Checkout. A possible reason for the error could be the buyer having a mouse with a scroll wheel on it; using it to go down the page while still having the payment method drop down selected. When the buyer clicks the box 'click here if same as billing address' it should autofill -- most likely, this is an issue with the buyer's browser.
