Hi,
I recently changed from the annual plan to the pay as you go plan and have WBN's that I did not have before. I do not wish to use this feature as alot of my sales are International and shipping has to be calculated manually. How can I turn this feature off permanntly so I can manually invoice?

Hello,
In order to deactivate the auto-WBN feature in future auctions, go to My Account -> Sales Manager -> Post Sale Management. Deselect the auto-WBN option by clicking the checkbox next to this option - be sure to save the change by clicking the "Save" button.
In order to deactivate auto-WBN for your current active auctions, go to Sales Manager -> All Active. Select all listings and then click the "Set WBN" button at the top of the list. On the next screen you will see the on/off status in the far righthand column - use the on/off button on the top of the list to reset the auto-WBN status.
