I have : Microsoft Windows: XP, ME, or 2000.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and up.WHY I CANT DOWNLOD IT ??? i try a few times , thanks , jack.

What happens when you try to download Dealio? Do you get an error message?

According to your post, you meet all the download requirements.

It looks like you use MSN to access the internet. Are you using the MSN brower, by any chance?

Hello,

We know you connecet with MSN, but are you using their cobranded browser to access the internet, or are you going into Internet Explorer directly - from outside of the MSN specific browser?

I also tried to go thru Internet Explorer directly and it was the same thing . (same computer , i have the latest Explorer version.

Hi there,

I'm the product manager for Dealio and hope I can help. We don't support MSN Explorer so if you were using it to download, that shouldn't work. But if you were using Internet Explorer (which is different from MSN Explorer) and it still didn't work, then we would have a bug to fix.

To tell us what's happening, can you do these simple steps:

1. With MSN Explorer, go to: http://www.framezero.com/browserdetect.html

This page displays the system information your computer sends when it requests a Web page, and is what we use to determine if your system is compatible or not.

Copy the entire text displayed, and paste it in a reply to this thread so I can see what it says.

2. Switch to Internet Explorer, and go to the same URL.

Now copy the new text displayed, and paste in your reply as well.

We would expect to see two different texts. If this is not the case, then there is a problem with how your computer identifies itself, and we would have to look into this more.
