First of all, I would like to say I have been using Vendio for years and totally love the service. However, with the new eBay shipping column I have some concerns. I am a Canadian seller and haven't been posting the shipping prices in this column and was very happy to go with the "See Description" option which was working just fine. Then suddenly it changed to "Not Specified" which isn't exactly an attractive line. My sales have dropped since they have put this in and now i feel that I should put in the shipping cost which brings me to my next problem. Is there any way you can offer more shipping options in the drop down menu for Canadian Sellers? None of the options offered pertain to a Canadian seller. Even if you could add "Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service" would be a great help. This option would probably benefit All sellers, not just Canadians. This is what many Cdn. Sellers use when they launch their auctions directly from the eBay site. I don't really want to download the new Sales Manager Pro 7.0 just for this reason. I also don't know if Canada Post options are included in Sales Manager Pro 7.0. I am hoping you can help me Vendio!!

Hello,
You can list your shipping costs even being from Canada. The only trick really is to remember that the form is thinking that shipping TO Canada is international, so be sure to enter your costs to ship to Canadian locations into the International Field, then your costs to ship to the US would be entered into the domestic fields.
You can use any of the preformatted options, or if you prefer just use one of the blank fields where you can enter in your own carrier names.
The trick to getting eBay to display the cost in the search pages is to check the box on the listing form that says you 'Are specifying eBay shipping and payment details.'

Also note that the 'not specified' wording is provided by eBay. No sellers are currently able to display 'see description' - I would recommend that you contact eBay about this as it is not something that we have any control over.
