I have not been able to list a single auction since upgrading to Sales Manager 7.0. Whenever I try I get the following message: Error 10019: You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters.
You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters: <ShippingService[Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service(1)]>, <ShippingServiceCost[NULL]> and <ShippingType>=FLAT_RATE
I have no idea why I get this message and what to do to fix it. Everything I have tried has failed. My auctions listed without problem with Sales Manager 6.0. I use Ebay checkout and Paypal.
My shipping requirements are very simple. I charge 50 cents for first class shipping in the USA and $1.00 for USPS international air mail. How can I get my auctions to reflect this and still list?
I am losing money while my auctions do not load and need this resolved quickly.

We are looking into this error. Please keep the two items in pending untouched as I have submitted them as examples -- we will get back in touch with you soon, when we have more information about this error.

Hello:
It has been 10 days since I sent this message and no one has contacted me with a solution or suggestions. The only way I can enter auctions now is to list them, have them be rejected and then edit each auction one at a time through the link provided with the "details" of the error message. This is kinda tedious.

We are still investigating the different causes of this error but we do have a potential workaround we would like you to try. If your batch items were originally created in a previous version of Pro, please go to the eBay Site Information tab, click on the Payment Instructions and Details button, click OK, then upload your items.
