Auctions I posted on 11/22 are not showing my Custom Listing Text. I double-checked my account information and all sections are clicked to "Show in listing". However, it is not showing in any of the auction posted after 11/21
A custom template was used for these auctions (not one of the old 3.0 templates that cannot be altered) So there is no reason why my Auction Policy information is not showing!

Hello,
You can actually enable/disable this section from being displayed within the template section itself, and this specific template is not currently setup to display the Custom Info Box.
Go back and edit this template once more, then enable the custom info box:
