...shipping prices for flat rate priority as a second choice? In other words, I have a 2.9 pound item. Zone one would sh0w as $4.75..however zone 8 would show $8.55, and I would like the cap to be $7.70. I thought I could offer two choices, and the second would be the flat rate, and buyers would pick the one cheapest for them. But I don't see flat rate as a choice. Thank you.

Hello,
Yes, you can list both a calculated shipping carrier and a fixed rate carrier in the same listing.
The fixed rate will appear as plain text in the description area and there will also be a link to calculate the cost using the built in Vendio calculator as well.
Just note which you have at the top of the list of shipping carrier options, as if you enable the eBay checkout as well, eBay will use the first listed option to display in their own section.
