I just joined VENDIO this morning because I have 4 auctions going on EBAY which will end in 6-7 days and I want them to be browsed more. I want pictures of my other active auctions to be seen on the page. I got an error message when registering for Vendio saying:
"The eBay information that you have entered was previously associated with another Vendio account. Since we do not support the use of one eBay account across multiple Vendio accounts, we will need to move the eBay ID from your previous account for you. Please contact Customer Service for assistance with this. Note that once we move the eBay ID, your previous Vendio account will no longer be able to perform eBay related tasks. You will be unable to list any scheduled items on the other Vendio account, and we will be unable to gather closing listings for post sale automation (WBNs will NOT be sent). "
I sent an email to customer support at Vendio immediately after receiving the error message and have not heard back. I am anxious to get pictures of all my ongoing items at the bottom of each auction on Ebay. How long does it take customer support to respond on a Sunday? Thanks.
