Hello,

I will forward your feedback to Product Development for evaluation. These features are currently on the priority list but I do not know when they will be available.

Regards,

Sonya

It took over seven months to get the sales manager pro listing tool worked over. This item(submit best offer) was on e-bay the entire time that this was being done.

I do not understand why it takes so long and so many request to get things like this done. This is a tool used for listing on e-bay(mainly) yet these major changes at e-bay seem to pass over the heads of product development.

I am am getting killed in my field because the otherssellers have this tool and I have to go and open each e-bay item up individually to make this change.

We sellers don't have all day to go and re-invent the wheel because things like this are missing.

Pro active, not care less active would be greatly appreciated by this customer at product development.

I don't really use "best offer" but I agree with the last poster...WHY aren't ebay changes implemented IMMEDIATELY?? Aren't you on the 'inside track' with ebay development??

I can understand delays in some Vendio enhancements but not immdediate implementation of CHANGES and NEW FEATURES to ebay listings. People who use Vendio are at a decided disadvantage in the marketplace and that certainly is not the reason we have chosen to use Vendio!!

If you don't have staff to handle ebay changes then HIRE MORE (or pull them off of non-related ventures such as D*ALIO)For heaven sakes! Why do people have to wait 7 MONTHS for you to implement an ebay change and then hear it is "on the priority list"??? Ebay changes are BASIC and should not be on any list!

here is how i am getting killed with this. On items that have a fixed price, you have the submit a best offer. So you put a price on the item that is a bit higher then someone wants the item for then they make a bid on it so to speak. Where i get a lot of my product from the others who use just ebay turbo lister with a real basic look are selling ten times the amount of the same thing i am. They the owner of the store said to me well they sell for the same price because it is posted that way for him to see. but these guys look at each item and then decide. Some best offers are for a few pennies different than what you have posted so for those who want the thrill of bidding with a fixed price it works out.
but
If you put on 40 or 50 or more items at a time I have to wait till they list then go each to each one and then go through the revised process to re-set this thing and hope that someone has not bought as that will not allow it to work now. it is just ridiculous. Frankly i am just wondering if i am getting anything for my expense here on vendio. it is not cutting edge anymore it as it is kniving me in the back.

And BTW fix the checkout mess it has been five days now i am tired of sending out pay pal bills because the bidders can't get this thing to work. Stop feigning that it is the first time your hearing this and just fix it.

I would also like for you to make the submit best offer possible.

I was looking over your new revision deal but it doesn't look like it covers revising for best offer.

If it does let you revise your store listings to accept best offer I might be interested.

Also someone on the other board says that if an item closes with a best offer that Vendio still charges their fee according to the price listed and not the price accepted.

Is this accurate? And if it is accurate...why do you do this?
