Hi, a message just came up on my vendio screen stating that my ebay 'token' was soon going to expire.
What does this mean?
I have been on vendio for many years and I don't recall seeing this message before.

Hello,
The token is something eBay implemented last year as a security measure to eBayers who use third party sites with their eBay accounts. It allows sellers an extra measure of security as they no longer need to store their eBay passwords.
The message or warning you're reporting indicates that your eBay "authorization token" (this is what links your Vendio account to your eBay ID so that we can communicate with eBay on your behalf) has expired or will expire shortly. As a security measure, eBay expires tokens periodically and when this happens you will need to update the token through our website. We will send you an email letting you know when the token is about to expire, in addition to displaying an warning at the top of your Sales Manager control panel.
To update the token, please go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts, and click the "edit" link next to your eBay ID. Proceed through the eBay signin process. After this process is completed, your token will be updated (note that you will need to repeat this process on our website if you change your eBay ID or password.)
Regards,
Sonya
