I messed up Vendio Reviser by guessing at it (the second part of the setup) then I tried to set up Vendio Reviser exactly as in the example to extend my auctions and it did not work for the auction that had 11 + hours left. The example says to set the time remaining as less than or equal to 12 hours and one minute but eBay will not extend an auction that has 12 hours or less remaining. Is Vendio Reviser continually checking or does it only check as we set it up, a minumum of every six hours. If that's the case, do we set it to check for an auction that has 18 hours 1 minute remaining? I'm stuck in a time warp!

The reviser will revise based on what you set up in your rule, but if what you are setting up is not editable per eBay rules, then the item will not revise. If you want the reviser to revise an item once for duration, you can set it up to extend up to 12 hours 1 minute left (you cannot revise anything when there is less than 12 hours remaining). If you want to revise an item twice for duration, you can set it up for 18 hours 1 minute remaining.
