Hi Sonya and Christopher, Happy New Year. Just listed 43 auctions tonight after a few weeks off. They went on about 15 minutes ago. Maybe I'm jumping the gun here but there is no Vendio Gallery. Where it usually is is a box saying "to see sellers other items click here". Then a page comes up with my other auctions. I know I have had the gallery going for a few months now and need to know if I need to sign up again because of the layoff or does it just take time for it to appear. Please advise. Thanks, Steve

OOOOOPS! sorry it says"CLICK HERE TO VIEW MY OTHER ITEMS" and even that takes awhile to show up. Whereas in the past it showed the gallery as soon as the auction appeared. Steve

ok, it is now the next morning and the Vendio gallery pics have shown up, but they don't scroll across the screen. 7 images show and they just sit there. I see you have added something new. A selection of categories. I click on that and yes indeed different categories show up. But they still don't move. Even if I click on "all categories" nothing happens. I have more than 7 images in most categories so a potential buyer is not seeing all of my items unless they click on the bottom of the box where it says "see other items". I am not happy with this at all. I liked it much better when the gallery just scrolled across the screen showing all of my items. Please advise if this is now the new methodology or is it just a glitch. If this is the new way then I need to rethink if I want to continue to pay for this service which I am not happy with. And you should know from my past history that I am not a complainer. I usually only write if I need help with something technical. Thanks, Steve

One other thought. Because I am here in the states only for a month I am on a dialup service. Whereas in France I have DSL. Is that possibly the reason that the images are not scrolling? For that type of service is a high speed connection required? Just grasping at straws here. Steve

Just tried ebay again and lo and behold the Vendio gallery images are scrolling across the screen. See, all I have to do is write to you and everything gets fixed. Either someone saw my posts and fixed the problem or the Vendio gallery decided to take the night off. Thanks for listening anyway. Sonya, just my luck, came to Florida to escape the cold weather in Provence (20 degrees for the past 7 weeks) and sure enough arrive in Florida in time for a cold spell. In the low 30s at night this weekend. But beautiful during the day (60s). It has warmed up now. As usual Florida cold spells only last a day or so. Guess I shouldn't really complain. I have the best of both worlds. Take care and still waiting for you to come and visit us in Provence. Steve & Diane

Hello Steve,

The gallery can take 4 hours to fix itself after you list new items so try not to be alarmed if you don't see anything showing right away. If you need anything reimported (gallery images), let us know. Take care and keep warm in Florida -- can't imagine that you have to try very hard in such a sunny state.

Regards,

Sonya
