I've noticed that the USPS tracking link never pulls up the shipping status. I have verified that the correct tracking number has been input. Going directly to the USPS site and entering the tracking number works fine. This has been broken for quite some time. I am using USPS priority mail, and I'm not sure if other USPS delivery services also fail.

Hi Sonya, yes sorry, the Iship link never seems to work correctly.
842404103 was the last sold listing.
The tracking number is:
0103 8555 7496 0451 4955
I've tried entering the number both with and without the spaces.
If you cut and past the tracking number over on the USPS site, you do get shipment info so it appears to be Iship.
Can you see if anyone has been able to get this to work correctly with USPS Priority?

This continues to be an issue. Any solution for this problem? My latest sale does the same thing. Iship says unable to track, cutting and pasting the same number on the USPS site works fine.

Hi there,
noelimports - I only see one closed item in your account. Are you referring to a different account? If so, please let us know so we can take a look at the item.
Thanks,

We have sent a request to i-ship to find out why they are unable to use this tracking number on their website when it works fine on the USPS website directly.
When we have more information available we will post back to this thread.
Here is what i-ship had to say about the situation:
"Our website tracking depends on technology provided by the
carriers. It doesn't go to the carrier website and pull the info for
tracking. In the case for USPS, because of the limitations of the
technology they provide us we can not track all numbers. Sorry for any
hassles this caused you.
