This has been happening for a very long time but I do a 2nd Chance Offers only every once in awhile so I handle it and move on and now I'm getting sick of it, especially since I have recently switched from all BIN's to traditional auctions and are doing lots of them now.
Firstly, they NEVER appear in the PSM Summary by themselves! This is where I do ALL my work from. There's no way I can keep track of when and how many offers I send out so don't be telling me, as usual, to go constantly to the "Control Panel Summary" page OR to constantly be going to do "Import" from eBay.
I don't even KNOW when one has closed now until a winner emails me about what to do DAYS after it has closed! I just found a 2nd Chance win (7738373117) from back on 1/16/06 (FIVE DAYS AGO!!!!!) only cuz I was importing all auctions to try and find a completely different auction that yet another winner had emailed me complaining about never getting my Invoice!!! Also, refreshing the page does NOTHING.
ALSO, previously, the 2nd Chance WBN's ALWAYS had the shipping in them, just as any other auction, but NOW there never is any shipping in the WBN's for them!! Only after a winner complained that they still didn't know what the shipping was did I uncover that nasty fact. So, NOW, I ALSO have to rmember which is a 2nd Chance Offer, IMPORT constantly in order not to miss any, then remember to EDIT the WBN's one at a time to add in the shipping!
A problem with Importing is it also brings over all the unaccepted 2nd Chance Offers which then show up in the "Unsold Auctions" list and when you are re-listing from there, you aren't able to re-list those so it's even more manual work there to go back in and just Archive those - JEEZ!
WHAT'S GOING ON! Your system has GOT to be brought into the 21st century, PLEASE! May as well be doing all this manually rather than pay the increasing fees you guys are charging me year after year, sure feels like I'm doing lots of manual work as it is on these 2nd Chance Offers!
