I have 837 active auctions according to eBay and 846 active auctions according to Vendio. Can you please explain the discrepancy. I refreshed all my active pages with Vendio in case those hadn't closed, but nothing changed.

Hi there,

When items close it sometimes takes our system some time (generally not longer than a couple of hours) to recognize the closure, especially for Fixed Price items. I would assume that this is what happened here. You can check the end of your active list to look for items that have closed but are not yet recognized as closed, click the checkbox next to them then the 'refresh' button at the top of the Sales Manager page. This will accelerate the process of getting the items to closed.

Thanks,

Diana

Before I submitted this topic, I refreshed each and every page. I had several items bought today which all have shown up in my PSM. I have launched no items today. eBay says I have 819 items and Vendio says I have 828 items. I sure would like to know why this is happening. Please investigate.

I was working on refreshing and removing items from my store on e-bay (the only place you can do it) yesterday (Wednesday) and 16 to 20 HOURS later not one... not one of these 200 items has shown up on Vendio as closed or changed.

this has been happening for a few days now.

I don't need to go and look through 300 listings to find the ones that i changed as you suggest. This is pro ported to be an automatic system. it is next to impossible as it is now to remix your bids on this system, now it seems that it is not listening to the changes made on my account.

If I need to track things as you suggest then I should go to walmart and buy a pencil and paper.
It would be a lot cheaper! please look into why there seems to be an ongoing problem with E bay store and fixed price items closing out.

also all of my bids are started and relisted here so it is not that.

Hi there,

It seems there has been some latency through eBay's API over the past few days. They even posted an announcement about this:

http://www2.ebay.com/aw/announce.shtml

Check announcements from January 23rd. According to the announcement the problem has been resolved as of the 23rd, but we will continue to keep an eye on this. I have heard more complaints about this than usual over the past week or so.

Thanks,

Diana
