I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE WRITTEN TO YOU OVER 7 TIMES THIS WEEK AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE REPLY. I NEED SOMEONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

I HAVE REQUESTED THE CANCELLATION OF ONE OF MY VENDIO ACCOUNTS, NOT THIS ONE. I HAVE ALSO REQUESTED SPECIAL PRICING ON VENDIO GALLERY BASED ON HIGH VOLUME OF LISTINGS. AND I NEED TO KNOW HOW VENDIO TREAT LISTINGS THAT ARE NOT LAUNCHED FROM THEIR SITE/PROGRAM. WILL I BE CHARGED LISTING FEES/FVF FOR LISTINGS LAUNCHED WITH A THIRD PARTY.

PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!

Hello,

We have already responded to your emails.

In case you haven't received them, we just needed to know if you wanted to keep the brand new account that you setup to manage one of the other 2 eBay ID's you want to manage?

The eBay ID that you were upset that you could not store into your new account was already stored in your existing account.

It looks like you have since realized that and are using your existing account to manage the ID that you ran into trouble trying to store into your newest account.

Let us know the username of the account that you want to close, and what the username of the account is that you want a special gallery quote for - as well as the volume for which you would like this quote.

If you have a better email address for us to send these details, if you don't want to share all of your account information in the message center, just let us know what that is.

Hello Christopher,

Thank you for getting back to me. I have been worried that my emails were going no where. Do you have any idea what happened to the other replies. For the past 3 days, I have been checking both of my registered email accounts and nothing comes through. I didn't even recieve an automatic reply email acknowledging that my email was recieved. As a new customer, this is very stressing. I really like your programs functionality but I am leary about the failed attempts to communicate with someone in customer service. I checked my registration information and the email addresses are correct on both account. But again, I got nothing on either of them. Amazingly though, I never provided an email in my thread, but I got an update sent to my email that you had replied. So I know it should be working fine for any other communication you might send me. 1) In reference to gallery, "godsuitsmefine" is the account I would like to add this feature to. I list approximately 2800 items per month. I was afraid to sign up for one of the standard ones, for fear it would complicate the billing. 2) Secondly, I need for "goodsondemand" to be closed. My original request was sent before the 2 week expiration date, so I would like a refund of the $12.95 that was charged. I recieved a bill today and will need that to be credited as well. 3) Also can you tell me how the vendio listing fees and final value fees work on items that are launched by other programs (non-vendio related). 4) In the future, I would like to add my two other stores to vendio, would I have to have seperate vendio accounts for these or can more than one ebay account be added to my existing vendio account? If you would be so kind as to address each of these concerns for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Hello,

The default email address that you have registered for your 'godsuitsmefine' ID is the one that I replied to first thing this morning.

This was from the email you had sent us on the evening of the 23rd.

The emails you sent us yesterday afternoon from the registered email address on your godsuitsmefine we haven't had a chance to process just yet.

FYI

--------------------

1. I just emailed you the details on the custom plan quote for your volume. This was sent to your 'godsuitsmefine' address.

2. Your 'goodsondemand' account is closed. The billing department will email you about the refund and to confirm its closure shortly.

3. There are no Vendio related fees for items that you list outside of Vendio. Unless of course your talking about the scrolling gallery, which just counts each of your active listings over the course of the month.

4. You will need a separate Vendio account to manage each eBay ID.
