I have figured out (after an IRRATE customer informed me) that the shipping calculator does not let the potential bidder know that the shipping amount is not including the insurance in the quote. So if a potential bidder looks at the shipping quote in the auction and it says their shipping would be $5.50 that is not including the mandatory insurance that I charge. I understand that the actual insurance cost cannot be calculated until the auction has ended but there should be a line in the calculator results that says something like "Required insurance cost will be charged in addition to the estimated shipping cost." Do I have something setup incorrectly in my settings or is this a global problem?

Ironically, I have the opposite problem <See thread titled "Insurance Included in S&H and shipping calculator">
Hmmmm, maybe it is just a case of crossed wires in programming on the calculator settings????
