This item number 6842905798 is not showing in my Post Sale.

Hello,

I used the import/track link on the Sales Manager page to bring this item into your account.

It had to be tracked in, so you will want to manually edit the WBN to add a shipping carrier/cost. It may have been a second chance item or something possibly relisted from eBay.
