I am a seller based in South Africa. The vast majority of my buyers are from the USA.
I am in the process of changing from Marketworks to Vendio.
Because I am overseas, I cannot process online payments in US dollars and no integration with online payment services is possible.
How can I collect credit card payment information (number, expiration date, name and CVV number) SECURELY from my buyers? Marketworks offers that option for offline processing in their order capture.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to securely store credit card information or have it passed through to you during checkout. What I would suggest as a workaround is to register a small web hosting account and set up a secure page with a webform and database or shopping cart, then you can add a link in checkout that the buyer can click to make the payment.
I realize this is not optimal, and I'll pass along your request to the product manager for evaluation.

Thank you for your reply and suggestion! I am not quite clear though about the solution. Do you mean I can add a link in the Vendio checkout to a https/secure site where I can collect credit card information? So your checkout is flexible enough for me to add a link.
