Hi, am I missing a place to put where the item is shipping to, when giving the cost? For instance, in Turbo Lister, I can put Canada, and the cost, Europe, and the cost. Otherwise, I'd have to charge the same shipping for all international, and that wouldn't be fair, since it's much cheaper to ship to Canada, than Europe. Am I missing where to fix this? Thank you.

Another item for the Vendio "to do" list. There is no way to distinguish. I tried to enter two international amounts (I used fixed rate shipping) but it doesn't work all that well and non-Canadian buyers could easily opt for the Canadian shipping on checkout.
