I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I went to Seller Preferences and chose the US Ins Optional choice, then I went to US Rates USPS and chose USE CARRIER RATES. I'm not interested in any of the other carriers, so I put zeros in all those boxes. When I create a new listing, I see nothing that indicates that Insurance is added to my template. Where is it supposed to be added to my template? What am I doing wrong. Just so you know, I've gone back into my preferences and changed it back to my original Insurance Not Offered, only because I needed to get listings done. Please walk me through what I did wrong so that I can added this option to my future listings. Thanks..

Hello,

Your not doing anything wrong. The listing form itself will look exactly the same as it did before, the only chance is that in the preview for your item you will see your listed insurance option.

For example:

To enable this feature, go to My Account, Shipping and Insurance and check the feature "Include Insurance information in listing." Then click Save.

Regards,
Christopher
