Hello,
I have changed the Payment Instructions template in my Vendio preferences page but they are not showing up in the Payment instructions on my listings or invoices. My old message references Bid Pay which is out of business. I have also added a blurb about a new Ruby Lane Store and it is not showing up. I am manually having to change each listing and invoice which is a pain when you do a large volume. I have been to ebays tech support twice and they say it is a Vendio problem.
Please advise,

Hello Kathy,
I think your referring to your custom listing text, as that is where you appear to have added your note about your ruby store and not accepting bid pay.
The default listing text would only be changed for the listings that you submit from Vendio on a going forward basis. All of the items already active would still display their original text.
If you have an example of where on the listing this bad text appears, and if it is showing up on items you have submitted after the change was made, we should be able to help you track where its coming from.
