I have sold items at eBay that are not showing up in PSM or under the closed section on my control panel. Why is that? The numbers are: 6026889254, 6026886034, 6027034301, 5977305083 & 6011286200 to name a few. These all closed yesterday 2-18. I also have items from Friday 2-17 that are not showing up. I was thinking about using your checkout because eBays internatinal shipping calculator has been screwing up for over a week now, but am afraid to because this constantly happens to my items with you.

OK I have been waiting to hear back from Ed on the problem of closed items not showing up. I also told him about the fact that all of my active items are not showing up. On Vendio I am showing 997 active and on eBay I have 1026. Nee to know what the problem is. The active have been going down on the number since I last reported this on 2-19.

Are you now both listing and re-listing everything that you submit on eBay from Vendio directly?
Or have you listed or re-listed anything directly from eBay since starting to use Vendio?
Unfortunately the import option only triggers the import once at the time requested, anytime you list or relist something from eBay directly you will need to trigger another import to bring those items into your Vendio account.
We have sent a request to import your eBay listings at this time so any missing items should appear shortly.

The only time I list on eBay is when I move an item from my store to FP. I do 3 a day. I am also still not having all of my sales show up in PSS which is what I originally inquired about.

OK that worked but now I am showing 1030 instaed of 1026. How can I import without getting all the pictures? I creeped over 55MB last time it happened. I have not seen a charge for that but then again I do think I should have more room than 55MB but that is all that it says in my account.
