i tried a second chance offer from E-Bay, and sold item immediately. Problem seems to be that the second chance buyer is not the same (obvious) as original buyer. As a result, checkout re-direct will not let second chance buyer pay via Paypal. He sent me an e-mail, and I had to invoice him directly.
Am I correct, or is there a way to properly implement the second chance system. Worked well, but to much hassle if buyer can't pay.

Until we release support for this service, that will be the limitation. The checkout redirect will point back to the original listing.
Try using the "Import My Listings" in Sales Manager to import the second chance listing, but this will only work *before* your customer purchases the item. If the item has been purchased already, unfortunately there is no way to import the listing.
