Hi, I just came over from Andale primarily because of your offer of more storage space for the money and I liked your gallery. I'm attempting to figure out the differences in your system. I only used Andale for image hosting having come to the conclusion that their listing service wasn't worth the money. Heck, between Ebay & Paypal, I'm already giving up about 10% of my gross in fees.
So, given that I'm only (for now at least) using Vendio for image hosting & gallery, I've come up with a few questions.
With Andale, I just copied the image URL to my own HTML description and posted my listing using eBay's program. I've listed a few items from Vendio and had some problems.
1. I'm stuck with the image order based on the order of upload. How can I place the image where I want it?
2. I like that all of the lisitng particulars are on one page - it saves time in uploading, which is important because I work from different locations and sometimes I'm using 56K dial-up. However, even though I listed my shipping & general eBay preferences from two different spots on your web site;

&
My Account: Seller Preferences (Global Preferences)
None of my requested specifics show up when I make a listing and I had to go to "My eBay" to revise all of my listings - which consumed time I'd have preferred spending elsewhere (Hey, it's almost 10pm and I haven't had dinner yet). Am I required to subscribe to your Sales Manager to take advantage of these preferences? I would actually be just as happy to have access to the URL without having to use your listing service. Business isn't easy these days and I've got to float my own boat before I can float anyone else's. I look forward to your response.

I'm sorry for missing your post.
1. You can sort your images in any order you want by clicking the column header (if you want the images in alphabetical order, click the "Filename" header).
When you select your images, the code generated will be based on the order of the images when you selected them. Your image URLs are embedded in the code, so if you need to, you can easily change the order of the images simply by replacing the filenames in the image URLs.
2. The listing form available through the image hosting service is not attached to Sales Manager, preferences, or post-sale. You can use this form to create listings for no additional cost, but as you've noticed this does create additional work for you. Sales Manager does have some costs associated with it, but it will make your listing management process much easier. If you'd like, you can email us using the Email form under our Help menu, and we'd be happy to figure out what Sales Manager plan would be most economical for you based on your volume.
