Just recently, for some reason I am not receiving notifications when a listing closes and when buyers pay for my items created at Vendio with PayPal. The system is not automatically recording payments and buyer information to update my Post-Sale Management System on all PayPal transactions, only some of them. I am receiving email notifications only to let me know I've been paid, but it's not going through Vendio as it should. I checked all my settings and all of the necessary boxes are checked off to enable it show in Vendio. And I have checked my PayPal account directly and payments are there. One that did not record was Item #: 6254530903.
Any idea why some are showing up in Vendio and others are not?

I had a couple of auctions end this evening also. 3/4 of the Paypal payments posted to vendio and the other 1/4 DID NOT. What's up doc???
They say your memory's the second thing to go, I just can't remember what the first thing is.

Hello,
This morning I had a bunch of items that were not moved to Items to Ship after they were paid for via paypal. I left 3 under the my Awaiting Payment tab so Vendio could look into it for me. They are 6850596206 6850593645 6850269239 Could you please look into this for me and explain why this happens? Thanks much!!!

THE CHECKOUT SYSTEM AND REPORTS OF PAYMENTS FROM PAY-PAL HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM SINCE THE MELTDOWN. I HAVE THREE THAT I KNOW THE MONEY IS IN PAY-PAL, 8387123011(2X)8385461061. THERE WERE OTHERS BUT I FIXED THEM AND MOVED ON.
PLUS BIDDERS HAVE BEEN MAKING THEIR OWN SHIPPING UP WITH AUCTIONS..
THEY ARE ALL LISTED HERE SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT CHANGED SINCE WE HAVE MADE NONE. OTHER THAN THE ONE LAST NIGHT TO CLOSE OFF THE SHIPPING COST PROBLEM ON EBAY.

Vendio,
Is there a real problem here or is it just on an individual basis? I feel its a burden to have to cross reference paypal payments with Vendio when Im paying for a feature that should do that for me. Let me know and thanks for your help!

the shipping info comes over, the payment closing has not been comming over from paypal

I have had the same problem tonight with a buyer's payment for two items. It was noted by PayPal and sent to me via email, but Vendio did not pick it up.

Same here. I've already checked them off and have moved on, so there's no item numbers for Vendio to check.
Hopefully, this is fixed soon.

Me too - several individual item payments did not show on Vendio (this always happens to multiple item payments)..also since around 2/20.

After sending an email directly to Vendio regarding this problem, the response I received from them several days later is below. Unfortunately, it did not address the PayPal issue at all and did not help me. I like to send my own WBN manually (I do not want to send them automatically when an auction closes as they suggest and this should not keep the PayPal payments from recording when payments are made). I'd like to know if and when this glitch will be addressed. Thanks!

Thank you for your message.
We have investigated your account and noticed that some of your Post
Sale Management preferences are not fully enabled.
To remedy the issue outlined in your email, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Vendio account.
2. Go to 'My Account'
3. Click on the 'Post Sale Management' link
4. Go to the Winning Bidder Notification section and check the box
'Automatically send a Winning Bidder Notification (WBN) when a listing
closes with a valid winner'
5. Click the 'Save' button.
Please note that if you edit your preference settings the changes will
only apply to listings launched after you updated your preferences. If
you continue to experience difficulties, please respond to this message
and we'll investigate the issue further.

Same problem here. Paypal payments are not posting thru to Vendio.

Hello,
The engineering team is still working to track down the difference in the items that are being recorded properly Vs those that are not.
If you havent already done so, verify that you have the PayPal IPN setup and enabled at PayPal by clicking the following URL and following the directions on that page:

If you have the IPN enabled and an item you have received payment on where it wasn't marked as so in Vendio, please let us know the effected item number/s to check into further.

Same here, started on 2/20... still missing payments from yesterday, 2/26.
Customers are mad, and I don't have the time to verify every single item.

I have found about 35 items over the past 3 days that aren't being recorded as paid. I have gone back into paypal and investigated all unpaid items to make sure they haven't paid via paypal. This is becoming a huge inconvenience and we are losing a lot of valuable time that could be used for selling. Please reply if you have found a way to fix this problem.

Hello,
The team was able to identify and correct the error holding up some paypal payments through the IPN service.
Please let us know if you run into this error on any newly paid items.
Unfortunately items not captured during the timeframe when the error existed will need to be marked as paid manually.
