Had a lot of customers emailing me for an Invoice after I'd sent them. It's a couple every day. These are standard auctions too, not the Second Chance Offers that Vendio is still unable to deal with competently.
Please advise.

Hello,

Is this different from the ususal issue of buyers either just not reading their email or having their email incorrectly filed as SPAM by their ISP?

IE, sometime recently (the past few days/etc?) you noticed a number of users over the normal amount asking for an invoice?

If so, please let us know of the effected item numbers so we can check into it further.
