We all know that we can put a DC on a First Class (FC) package that is 3/4 inch or larger at some point and some of you, I think, put something in your packages to ensure that it meets that criteria. First question: If you do, what do you use?
Now, I learned recently that DC is available on FC less than 3/4 inch if it is in a RIGID package. I took the postal code citation, my packaging to my PO and await their thoughts. Evidently not many POs are aware of this. Second question: Do any of you use DC on FC and if so, less than 3/4 inch and results.
Would appreciate any insight. Thank you!

I have been using DC on all my 1st Class mail (ebay related) for quite a long time. I originally printed postage with Paypal and now I use endica.com. Most are only craft paper 6x9 envelopes that are NOT 3/4 of a inch thick and are also NOT rigid. Never once have I had a problem. No mention from any of the PO's I deal with. And they alway's seem to get scanned on delivery to.
