Item #5674988270 had two items for sale.

When it closed an empty (no sale) listing showed up in the closed file.

both items sold and now both are missing from the closed file.

now both are being sought by the buyers. who want to check out but can't as they can not find the item.

i will send them personal invoices from paypal to complete checkout.

and oh by the way

when, if ever will this be working again

Hello Roger,

The unsold copy of this Dutch listing was deleted from the Sales Manager, so it never broken apart into its 'children' items for post sale.

We used the 'track' function to bring it back into your account, and it has split and created two items in post sale for the purchases.

WHEN THAT ITEM CLOSED IT SORT OF HUNG THERE. THEN IT WAS GONE A WHILE LATER.AT THE TIME IT WAS SHOWING NO ACTIVITY?? i KNEW IT HAD SOLD OUT SO I DID NOT LOOK FOR THE OTHERS TILL THEY WENT MIA.

MORE IMPORTANTLY IS WHY AS I USE THIS FUNCTION A BIT TO MOVE MULTIPLE ITEMS.
